Our single rooms provide you with what you need to find peace and relaxation. In addition to a comfortable bed, cable TV, and free WiFi, you get a great bathroom with a shower and underfloor heating. There is also a desk for those who wish to work.
TWIN ROOM
With two separate single beds, our Twin rooms are ideal for travel companions, colleagues, and other travelers. These inviting rooms are also equipped with an armchair, desk, cable TV, WiFi, and a bathroom with a shower and underfloor heating.
DOUBLE ROOM
The double room is well suited for early flights or late arrivals, newly renovated and comfortable, just 7 minutes from the terminal with our shuttle bus. Here you will find a large and comfortable bed, cable TV, free WiFi, and a spacious bathroom with a shower and heating.
TRIPLE ROOM
Our triple rooms are perfect for a small family of 2 adults and 1 child. The room has a double bed and an extra bed, an armchair, a desk, cable TV, WiFi, and a bathroom with a shower and underfloor heating.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in starts at 15:00, and you are welcome to check in later in the evening or during the night. If you would like to check in earlier, this is possible for a fee of NOK 200, subject to availability. Check-out is by 12:00. If you would like to check out later, this costs NOK 100 per hour or part of an hour, up to 15:00 at the latest. Reception is open 24 hours a day.
Can I check in early?
Yes, if you would like to check in earlier, this is possible for a fee of NOK 200, subject to availability. Please let reception know in advance.
Can I check out later than 12:00?
Yes, late check-out costs NOK 100 per hour or part of an hour, up to 15:00 at the latest. Just let reception know.
Can I check in online?
Yes. You will receive a link to online check-in from our partner AeroGuest. Using it is optional, you can just as well check in at reception when you arrive.
I land after midnight. Which night should I book?
Book the night before you land. Example: if you land on 2 October at 01:00, book from 1 to 2 October and let us know you will arrive late. Your room will then be ready when you arrive.
What is in the room?
All rooms have a hairdryer, free Wi-Fi, TV with Chromecast and a bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. Some rooms have a fridge and a kettle. There is no minibar, and no rooms have a bathtub.
Is there shampoo and conditioner in the room?
All rooms have shampoo and shower gel. Conditioner is provided in our superior rooms, so if you upgrade to superior, it is included.
Are the rooms soundproofed against aircraft noise?
Yes, the rooms are soundproofed, so you can sleep well even though you are close to the airport.
How do I connect to Wi-Fi?
Select the network BW Oslo Airport. No password is needed, and Wi-Fi is free.
Do you have an iron?
Some rooms have an iron. You can also borrow one from reception.
Can I get my laundry done?
We do not have laundry facilities at the hotel, but we have an agreement with Jessheim Renseri. Contact reception and we will help you.
Does the hotel have a pool or sauna?
No, we do not have a pool or sauna. The gym is open daily from 06:00 to 22:00.
Where is the gym, and what equipment is there?
The gym is at the end of the room corridor by the restaurant and is open daily from 06:00 to 22:00. It has a treadmill, stair climber, exercise bike, dumbbells, kettlebells, lat pulldown machine and seated leg press.
How many people can stay in a room?
Most rooms accommodate a maximum of 2 people. We also have a few triple rooms for 2 adults and 1 child. We do not have connecting rooms.
Is the price of a double room the same for one and two people?
No, the room costs NOK 200 more for two people than for one.
What is the minimum age to stay at the hotel?
The minimum age is 18. Guests aged 16 and over may stay with a guardian consent form from an adult, or when a guardian is staying in the room next door.
Can I bring my dog or other pets?
Yes, we have dedicated dog rooms, and there is no limit on the number of pets. The supplement is NOK 400 per stay.
Is the hotel accessible for wheelchair users?
Yes. We have adapted rooms with an accessible shower, more floor space and fire alarms for deaf guests, and accessible parking on both sides of the hotel.
Can I book a day room?
Yes, we offer day rooms when capacity allows. The price depends on the day, so please contact reception on +47 63 94 08 00.
What is the cancellation policy?
For direct bookings, the cancellation deadline is 18:00 on the day of arrival. If you booked through a third party, such as Booking.com, their cancellation terms apply.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, contactless payment, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cash. We do not accept Vipps.
Do you offer discounts, such as student discounts?
The hotel has no discounts of its own, but some member discounts are available through Best Western, for example for OBOS members. Best Western Rewards members also enjoy benefits.
Does the hotel offer parking?
Yes, we have 200 parking spaces and 12 charging stations for electric cars. Parking is paid and not included in the room rate.
Is breakfast included when I stay at the hotel?
Yes, breakfast is always included when you stay with us. This also applies when you are here for a course, seminar or conference, even if breakfast is not listed in the programme. You do not need to book anything in advance.
What are the breakfast hours?
We offer an Early Bird breakfast from 04:00 until the main breakfast starts. Early Bird is included in the same way as the regular breakfast.
Main breakfast is served:
- Monday–Friday: 06:30–09:30
- Saturday–Sunday: 07:00–10:00
When is the restaurant open?
The kitchen serves dinner daily from 17:00 to 22:00. After 22:00 you can buy simple hot meals at the bar or reception.
When is the bar open?
The bar serves alcohol until 02:30. Reception and the kiosk are open 24 hours a day, where you can buy simple hot meals and soft drinks.
Are the hotel and restaurant open at Christmas?
Yes, the hotel is open all year round. Restaurant Ravinen keeps its regular opening hours over Christmas and New Year, including 24, 25, 26 and 31 December.
I left something at the hotel. What should I do?
Send an email to booking@bwosloairport.com with your name, the dates of your stay and a description of the item, and your room number if you remember it. We keep lost items for 1 month after the departure date.
What happens to forgotten passports and ID documents?
Passports and other ID documents are kept in a safe at reception for 1 week after the departure date. After that, they are handed over to the police.
How do I apply for a job with you?

How do I get to and from Oslo Airport?
The shuttle bus (line S55) runs daily between the hotel and the airport and stops right outside our main entrance. Tickets cost NOK 80 for everyone aged 16 and over, children under 16 travel free.

Can I book a room for a layover at Gardermoen?
Yes, the hotel is a practical choice for a layover. With a shuttle bus to and from Oslo Airport every 30 minutes and newly renovated rooms, you can rest between flights without stress.
