Hotel Policies for Bus Groups – BW Oslo Airport


Dear Guests,
To ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for everyone, we kindly ask all group guests
to review and follow the hotel guidelines below:
Parking your bus
We have designated bus parkingsbehind our hotel. Please do notpark outside the main entrance, to avoid unnecessary trafficcongestion. This is also where your group will have to enter the bus when you leave the hotel.
Breakfast
To avoid crowding in the breakfastarea, please speak with the frontdesk to arrange a designatedbreakfast time for your group. Once you have finished eating, wekindly ask you to free up your seatfor other guests. There is anadditional charge of NOK 115 perpacked lunch.
Smoking and vaping
Smoking is prohibited throughoutthe entire hotel. Please use the designatedoutdoor smoking areas. Violation of this policy willresult in a cleaning fee of NOK 2,000–2,500.
Alcohol
Self-brought alcohol may not beconsumed in public or commonareas of the hotel. Consumption isonly permitted in private guest rooms.
Övrigt
Self-brought food Eating self-brought food is notallowed in common areas. Noise in the Hallways Please keep noise levels low in thecorridors out of respect for other guests
