With us, the day starts with our breakfast buffet, filled with healthy options that we believe you will love. Later in the day, we offer an à la carte menu with the best seasonal ingredients. We have space for 150 guests indoors and 100 outdoors, and we have created an atmosphere that we hope you will find unique and inviting. We can also offer a banquet dinner in our elegant venue. Our menus can be customized exactly as you wish. "Ravinen" is open for dinner service from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and the bar is open until 2:30 AM. Contact us if you have special needs. When is breakfast served at Restaurant Ravinen?
Early Bird breakfast is served from 04:00 every day. Regular breakfast: weekdays 06:30–09:30, weekends 07:00–10:00.
What is included when breakfast is part of my booking?

You choose one of these three options per morning:

  • Regular breakfast buffet, weekdays 06:30–09:30 and weekends 07:00–10:00
  • Early Bird, a lighter buffet from 04:00 for early travellers
  • Packed breakfast from reception, if you have no time to eat before you leave

The options cannot be combined. If you would like a packed meal in addition to your breakfast, you can buy an extra one for NOK 115.

What is the Early Bird breakfast?
Early Bird is a lighter breakfast buffet without hot food, designed for guests who travel early and cannot make it to the regular breakfast. No advance booking is needed, and it costs nothing extra when breakfast is part of your booking. Early Bird replaces the regular breakfast, the two cannot be combined.
What is on the breakfast buffet?
Our breakfast buffet includes freshly baked bread, scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes, smoothies, yoghurt, smoked salmon, croissants, a cheese platter and fresh fruit such as watermelon and pineapple. A great start to the day, whether you are heading off on your trip or into a meeting.
Can I come for breakfast without staying at the hotel?
Absolutely, you are very welcome! For guests not staying at the hotel, the breakfast buffet costs NOK 275 per person. Drop by Restaurant Ravinen and start your day with freshly baked bread, scrambled eggs, bacon, smoked salmon, pancakes and much more.
Can I get a packed meal?
Yes. If you have no time for breakfast, you can choose a packed breakfast instead, and it is then included. If you would like a packed meal in addition to your breakfast, for example for your journey, it costs NOK 115. Just ask at the bar or reception and you will get everything you need to pack your food.
What are the restaurant and bar hours?
The kitchen serves dinner from 17:00 to 22:00. The bar serves alcohol until 02:30. Reception and the kiosk are open 24 hours a day, where you can buy simple hot meals and soft drinks.
Can I get food after 22:00?
Yes. The kitchen closes at 22:00, but after that you can buy simple hot meals at the bar or reception. Reception and the kiosk are open 24 hours a day.
Do you offer room service?
We do not deliver food to rooms, but you can order at the bar or reception and collect it yourself. Dishes from the kitchen can be ordered until 22:00.

Can the menu be adapted to allergies or preferences?
Yes, Restaurant Ravinen offers customised menus adapted to allergies and preferences, plus four set banquet menus.
How many guests can the restaurant seat?
150 indoors and 100 outdoors, plus banquet dinners in separate rooms.
