We have a large parking facility with 200 covered spaces in our parking garage. For electric vehicles, we offer 12 charging stations, so you can charge your car while attending a conference or meeting. The parking spaces are available for both short- and long-term stays, making it easy for guests arriving by car. The parking lot is conveniently located right next to the hotel, providing safe and weather-protected access to our conference facilities.

Our kitchen is flexible and can customize menus according to guests' needs, including allergies, intolerances and dietary preferences. When ordering a conference package or catering, please inform our conference team of your specific wishes and needs. We create customized menus with local and Nordic ingredients that both taste good and take health considerations into account. Whether vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or other special diets, we ensure that everyone has a good dining experience during the event.

We offer a shuttle bus that runs every 30 minutes between the hotel and Oslo Airport Gardermoen. The driving time is only around 7 minutes to the terminal, making the journey easy and stress-free. The shuttle service is included for our guests, and departure times are adapted to air traffic to ensure plenty of time for check-in. If required, our front desk team can also assist with taxi bookings. This makes us an ideal choice for travelers with early departures or arrivals.
